I love chocolate cake. When people ask “will you be having dessert?”, my decision usually involves listening to the waitor read off all of the deserts options, listening closely for some type of chocolate cake. Flourless chocolate cake, volcano cakes, chocolate blackout cake – you name it – I have tried it.

Now I want to share some of my favorite chocolate cake recipe and stories with the world.  Hope you are not on a diet, because we are about to go on a culinary adventure.
